Your SSARS password expires every 180 days.

Currently, there are no advance notifications about an upcoming password expiration. If you type the correct password in and cannot log in, it is, most likely, expired and needs to be reset.

In this case, please visit the Password Self-reset Site and log in there with your SSARS admin username and your old SSARS password. Upon successful login, you should get an immediate prompt to reset your password by providing your SSARS username (that should be pre-populated), your old SSARS password, and then typing your new SSARS password twice ensuring it is, at least, 18 characters long containing upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

If you still experience any issues, please visit Tegria Customer Service Portal and submit a request. Use your Providence email address to log in there. If you are not set up with an account to access Tegria Customer Service Portal, please contact your Staffing Office and ask to submit a request on your behalf.
